RETURN POLICY:
At Guy Graphics/WildJungleMonkey.com
we want to make sure that you always get the part you need and
the correct equipment for your application. That is why we will
do our best to help you make an informed decision before you
make your purchase. In the event that you have problems with
any products that you buy from Guy Graphics/WildJungleMonkey.com
we have established the following return and exchange policy.
No refunds or exchanges can be made without an RMA number. You must call our customer service number 801-642-4332 or send an email to support@guygraphics.com to receive an RMA number. Please include reason for request in your email.
Please be aware of the following policies:
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. (25% for workstations)
No credit or refunds after 30 days with any claims being made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns need received with in 2 weeks of RMA issued.
Opened software is not refundable/returnable.
Motherboards, CPUs, RAM and harddrives can only be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping is not refunded and only in the event of defective products do we cover the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES:
Products that are defective
can be exchanged for a new replacement within 30 days.
Software: Any software that
has been opened and/or registered cannot be returned or exchanged
via Guy Graphics/WildJungleMonkey.com. We will do our best to
help resolve any problems with software, but any returns/exchanges
must be dealt with via the manufacturer.
Motherboards, Processors, RAM
and Hard Drives that are defective can only be exchanged within
14 days of purchase.

RETURNS:
Any items except those mentioned
specifically below can be returned for exchange or refund within
30 days of purchase. Product must be in like new condition and
must be complete. Any physical damage to the product or retail
packaging will void possibility of return. There is a 10% restocking
fee for any refunds. Shipping is not refundable.
Motherboards, Processors, RAM
and Hard Drives can only be returned within 7 days of their receipt
from Guy Graphics for exchange or refund. There is a 10% restocking
fee for any refunds. Shipping is not refundable.
Software: Any software that
has been opened is not refundable. No exceptions. Unopened software
can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Turnkey Computer Systems: Systems
can be returned within 30 days of receipt. System must be returned
complete and must be in like new physical condition. There is
a 25% restocking fee on all system returns. Shipping is not refundable. |
